Villa Aliona

The designed area includes three floors of a villa on the coast, part of the ‘green coast’ complex located in palase, vlora. The villa has a total area of 280 m2 of interior space and 140 m2 of external areas. My role in this project is to create the concept of interior design, realization of the technical project for implementation, which includes plans, sections, views, details, specifications and many other elements that complement the material needed for the implementation of up to 100% of the concept design. Part of my role is the communication with the client, the coordination with the construction site and working groups as well as supervising the execution of the intended work.
