Apartment Flori

The designed area is the third floor of an existing villa, which is located in one of the most frequented blocks of tirana’s center. This floor is considered as an apartment of 125m2 separated from the rest of the villa by a personal entrance. Actually is under construction and the works are estimated to finish after 2-3 months. The client requested a modern style in overall but with some classic touches, considering the exterior of the villa and the buildings around. This is another project that i covered all the parts: the concept design of interior, technical project, plans, sections, views, specifications and all technical details. I also assisted in the implementation process by solving problems on site, selecting interior elements and materials, maintaining communication at all times with the client and workshops on site etc.
