Villa Zeqo

Villa Zeqo is one of the most voluminous projects i have worked on in all my experience as an architect. It is a project whose design has lasted 1 year and whose implementation has lasted 3 years. The villa is positioned in one of the most famous and luxurious complexes in the area of Petrela, Tirana "ROLLING HILLS LUXURY RESIDENCES”. It has an area of 2000 m2 of construction area and 3246 m2 of yard area and outdoor spaces. It consists of a basement, 2 floors above and an attic, with a yard of 3246 m2 where the main role is played by the large pool positioned behind the villa, followed by the tennis court , orchard with various plants and other green spaces around the house. The first phase of this project was the conception from the beginning of the facades of the building, totally changed from the original and transformed into a Worthy villa of neo-classical style. After the start of the exterior works , we continued with the conception of the interior and its countless environments, all treated with classic teasing and classic personalized frames. In the organizational plan , the villa is equipped with all the main and secondary functions of a prestigious house. On the ground floor we have spa , wine cellar, cigar room, living room, gym, laundry and other services. On the ground floor are Concentrated the ceremonial living rooms which include two living spaces , a family living room accompanied by the ceremonial dining room, separate kitchen and one mini apartment for parents. The first floor is composed of bedrooms where the main space is occupied by the matrimonial room followed by children's rooms all with wardrobes and toilets Integrated in them. The attic floor has a third living room in the house, and two rooms mainly for friends. In addition to the exterior , my role in this project has been the conception of many interior spaces, their Functional organization, details and analysis of the technical project (plans, sections, views and details Required by the site) as well as coordination of works with all working groups, of course assisted by other members of the design team.
