Villa Nora

This villa is located in the most elite complex of the albanian riviera "GREEN COAST-RESORT AND RESIDENCES" with a construction area of 270 m2 distributed on 3 floors and 320 m2 of courtyard and swimming pool the interior design is adapted to the lifestyle of the clients, combined with the location of the villa and the elegant and rational Minimalist style.the outdoor spaces are conceived in mediterranean style including the pool which is located in the main part of the villa, facing the sea. My role in this project was to create the concept of interior design, realization of the technical project for implementation, which includes plans, sections, views, details, specifications and many other elements that complement the material needed for the implementation of up to 100% of the concept design. Part of my role is the communication with the client, the coordination with the construction site and working groups as well as supervising the execution of the intended work. The project is completed and realized exactly according to the technical project and 3d images realized.
