Villa Nardi

The villa is positioned in one of the well-known and luxurious residential complexes in the area of petrela, tirana "rolling hills luxury residences", the first of its kind in albania.the villa has an area of 940 m2 of construction area and 1520 m2 of accommodation.t consists of a basement and 2 floors above ground, is located next door and is identical to mr. Gledi's villa in terms of exterior and outdoor spaces, and is also one of the best villas in this complex. Our task in this project has been the conception of the interior for each indoor environment and the design of outdoor spaces. At first glance the conception of the interior seemed simple, but the client's requirements gave us new design challenges and organization for it. On the ground floor, a spa had to be integrated, including a gym, a wine cellar, and especially a cinema for 8-10 people. The ground floor and the first floor have the same functions as mr. Gledi's villa but the interior design has a more modern and luxurious spirit that is characterized by the decors and marble furnishings, accompanied by the modern spirit of clean and simple lines of the ceilings and walls where smart systems are used throughout the house. This is a project worked in a group of 4 architects too, and my role has been team-leader for the design part for all spaces, the technical project up to the smallest detail and project management in relation to working groups coordination and tracking of the construction site. One of the main reasons why this project has not been simple, is precisely the similarity with mr. Gledi's villa, which we had designed before.
