Villa Gledi

This villa is positioned in one of the most popular and luxurious residential complexes in the area of petrela, tirana "rolling hills luxury residences", the first of its kind in albania. The villa has an area of 940 m2 of construction area and 1520 m2 of outdoor space. It consists of a basement and 2 floors above ground, and is considered one of the best villas in this complex. This project is in the process of implementation and is being followed by a group of 4 architects, with me as team leader, for a period of 2 years now. My task as architects was initially to reconceptualize the existing facades of the building. The exterior of the villa has been treated with classic decor and finishes , turning it into a luxury object from the outside. Continuing with the interior, luxurious nuances are also perceived thanks to the rich elements of the furniture and the classic decors used. On the basement unit is proposed the creation of spaces such as spa, billiards, living room, etc.,proposing this space as a relaxation and entertainment area , conceived in a different and more extravagant style from the rest of the villa. The ground floor is presented with an elegant staircase of neoclassical style and marble paving "spina pesce" which leads to the main living space of the house linked with the spacious kitchen And dedicated ceremonial dining. The top floor of the villa is composed of bedrooms adapted in neoclassical and modern style with clean and smooth lines dominated by frames and neutral colors. In the outdoor environment , the large pool of 115 m5 is the main area of the house located behind the villa. My role in this project has been the conception of many interior spaces, functional organization of spaces, detailing and disassembly of the technical project (plans, sections, views and details required by the site) as well as coordination of works with all working groups.
