Villa Frangaj

The villa is located in the most elite complex of the albanian riviera "GREEN COAST-RESORT AND RESIDENCES" with a construction area of 600 m2 distributed on 3 floors and 1200 m2 of outdoor green space. The architectural style used in All areas is completely minimalist and the interior is conceived with large spaces. On the ground floor is the main living room oriented by the sea, where in the central part is designed a chimney that separates the living room with that Of the ceremonial dining room, followed by the kitchen in a minimalist style and intertwined with marble. The rest of the space is services on the first floor are positioned the children's living room and their bedrooms, with wardrobes And toilets integrated inside them, all oriented by the sea. The second floor is dedicated mainly to the matrimonial room which represents the luxurious style of the villa character. In the outer spaces of the villa what dominates is The very large pool perceived as an "infinity pool" accompanied by jacuzzi in its central part.my role in this project has been comprehensive: starting with the conception of the interior and continuing with the coordination with working groups in the early stages of the project, although the distance has been long, followed by technical projects worked in detail and details of furniture and decorative elements, which have made the fruits of work reflect the Accuracy in their implementation. The villa has been a voluminous project and together with me in the design team were four of my colleagues, all dedicated to the last detail to achieve the maximum.
