Villa Erion

This voluminous project has been completed and implemented by a group of architects of 4 people, for over a year. My task as architect was initially to recompose the existing facades of the building whose architecture was old-fashioned and simple and totally different from what was proposed in the project. The exterior of the villa has been treated with classic decor and finishes, transforming the villa into a rich, potencial object with classic and modern nuances, accompanied by the simplicity of outer courtyard. With my proposal and the client's approval, in the basement, in addition to the typical functions: gym, children’s room, laundry, etc., it was proposed to add and create spaces such as spa,billiards, living room, etc., conceiving this space as a relaxation and entertainment area, treated as a stylish design slightly different from the rest of the villa. The ground floor is presented at the entrance with an elegant semi-arched staircase in the main Part of the facade, while it continues with large facilities such as living room, ceremonial dining, cooking , and gaxebo in the service of the pool, in the back facade of the villa. The top floor is composed of bedrooms adapted in a modern style with clean and calm lines where simplicity and neutral colors dominate. In the outdoor courtyard, the pool of 90 m5 is the main area of the house positioned behind it. In addition to the exterior , my role in this project has been the conception of many interior spaces, their functional organization , detail and analysis of the technical project (plans, sections, views and details required by the site) as well as coordination of works with all working groups, of course assisted by other members of the design team.
