Star Butik Hotel

This project is one of the most voluminous works i have done recently, in collaboration with a group of colleagues. The building is located on the coast of livadh, in the city of vlora, and has a construction area of 5825 m2 and outdoor space of about 1840 m2. The constructive part of the building was raised to its feet when it fell into our hands, so we had to work on both the exterior and the interior. Conceived as a 5-star hotel, the hotel contains 57 rooms (treated in a modern style) and is composed of all the facilities needed for this building typology such as restaurant, breakfast area, spa, gym, cigar area, sushi bar, outdoor pool, playground etc. The concept of the hotel in its exterior is completely modern with straight and simple lines where the marble covers and the stone covers of our country intertwined with wood, glass, as well as greenery prevail. Although the existing object created difficulties in our shapes, we tried to give the maximum so that the object would fit the style, the position where it is located and the stars it represents. As soon as i started working on the project, the first thing that had to be worked out was the functional organization of the hotel rooms, as well as the definition of all the service facilities that this hotel would have, distributed on the ground floor, on the underground floor and outside the object. After the solutions of the planimetry, we had to deal directly with the facade and the definition of the architecture in the exterior, which would give us a lot of help in determining the style of the interior in the numerous premises of the building. My role has been key in functional solutions, in defining the exterior architecture, in the conception of interiors as well as in the technical solution of many problems encountered thanks to the existing building and its transformation into a worthy project.
