RATECH Offices

The designed space has an area of 400 m2 and is located in one of the largest residential complexes in tirana, in the “DELIJORGJI COMPLEX”, where in addition to housing there are many other commercial functions. The client's primary goal for the offices of his company ratech (security systems integrator) has been to comfort employees in spacious and full of light spaces. It was also requested that the interior design should be proposed in a minimalist style, so that the company name and their connection to technology could be felt in the workplace. My role in this projects was focused in the function organization and creating the interior’s design, ongoing with the technical project, detailed plans, views, sections and necessary specifications for the working groups on the site, furniture details for production, glass doors and walls, interior elements and defining all the painting color codes followed by the selection of the materials, tiles, lighting and any other interior’s component that has to be realized as in the 3d images. Part of my role also is the communication with the client,the coordination with the construction site and working groups as well as supervising the execution of the intended work.
