Apartment Evi

The design area is 175 m2, and is located in one of the largest residences complex in the center of tirana. The challenge in this project has been the functional organisation of spaces to meet every customer request, according to a modern and luxurious style. Important in this project has also been the purchase of ready-made furniture, to best fit the elements, colors and décor defined in the project. My role in this projects was focused in the function organization and creating the interior’s concept (supported by my colleague with the 3d images), ongoing with the technical project, detailed plans, views, sections and necessary specifications for the working groups on the site, furniture details for production, doors, decorative plasters and defining all the painting color codes followed by the selection of the materials, tiles, lighting and any other interior’s component that has to be realized as in the 3d images. Part of my role also is the communication with the client, the coordination with the construction site and working groups as well as supervising the execution of the intended work.
