Apartment Avis

The apartment is located in one of the suburban areas of tirana, in a residential complex called kodra e diellit. The space is located on the top floor of a 5-floor building and has a space of 250 square meters, which includes four rooms, three bathrooms, living room, kitchen and balcony. The project was developed and implemented in 2020, after a total transformation of the previous space into a functionally livable and aesthetically acceptable environment. The main demand of the clients (both it engineers) was the functionality of the spaces in a modern minimalist style, in which their children could feel comfortable too. Their request was successfully met after a tireless work of 6-8 months from the project until the end of its implementation. My role in this projects was focused in the function organization and creating the interior’s design (supported by my colleague with the 3d images), ongoing with the technical project, detailed plans, views, sections and necessary specifications for the working groups on the site, furniture details for production, doors, decorative plasters and defining all the painting color codes followed by the selection of the materials, tiles, lighting and any other interior’s component that has to be realized as in the 3d images. Part of my role also is the communication with the client, the coordination with the construction site and working groups as well as supervising the execution of the intended work.
